Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of their OneTap Social account data and connected platform data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your OneTap Social account.
  2. Disconnect any social channels you no longer want connected.
  3. Email info@onetappass from the email address associated with your account and request deletion.

What we delete

After validating the request, we delete or anonymize account-level profile information, connected platform tokens, and related platform connection records that are no longer required for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Processing time

Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some limited backup or security records may be retained for a short period where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

Meta-connected accounts

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, you can also revoke OneTap Social access directly from your Meta account settings. Revoking access invalidates the associated permissions and tokens used by the service.
