OneTap Social provides web-based social media publishing, scheduling, content management, account connection, and related workflow tools for individuals, teams, and businesses.
When you connect social media accounts or business assets, you authorize OneTap Social to use the permissions granted through the relevant platform OAuth or API flow. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and manage those accounts, pages, channels, or business assets.
You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through the service. You must ensure that your content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or the policies of any connected platform.
If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, pricing, billing cadence, and included features will be shown in the product or on applicable order pages. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in downgrade, suspension, or termination of access.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, platform policies are breached, fraud or abuse is suspected, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or permanent support for every third-party platform integration.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, OneTap Social disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
